Well, many of such endeavors to establish rapport and successfully exchange contacts have been successful but some have also failed – just like a twitter user did earlier today the 11th of July, 2020.

Identified only as Kelvin, with the handle @kelvinmate_, the guy revealed what he did to a lady who refused to give him her number while in a Trotro vehicle today.

According to him, he liked the lady and decided to make friends with her but she refused.

He continued to persuade her but she still turned him down and also refused to give him (Kelvin) her number.

In anger, Kelvin tied the lady’s hair to the handle of the seat which the lady was seating on before alighting at his destination.

He shared a photo of his nefarious act on his official twitter space today with the caption;
