Relentless Tsatsu Tsikata Files Another Motion At The Supreme Court Asking EC To Provide Originals Of All Results Declaration Forms

Lead Counsel for the Petitioner in the ongoing Election Petition, Tsatsu Tsikata has filed another motion at the Supreme Court asking the court to compel the EC to provide all original copies of the results declaration forms in the 2020 elections.

Mr Tsikata is requesting for original copies of all constituency declaration forms, constituency summary sheets, regional declaration forms, regional summary sheets, etc.

It is unclear if the Court will grant the motion considering the fact that a similar motion was dismissed by the Court in 2013.
