Bethel Hospital is seeking to recruit Hospital Administrator
Job Description
• Support the Medical Director in executing the day to day affairs of the hospital
• Ensure the development and implementation of administrative and human resource management policies
• Coordinate external communications and correspondences to the hospital etc
Qualification required and experience
• At least first degree in Business, Public or Hospital administration, Human resource management or any other fields from an accredited tertiary institution
• Accounting background is an advantage
• Business minded with good IT background
• Experience in Hospital management is key
• Must pass a selection interview conducted by the hospital
Salary: Negotiable
