[EXCLUSIVE] FOCAP and Kessben Entertainment Exposé on former Creative Arts Agency’s illegal Activities Creates a Significant Impact

Kojo Preko Dankwa, the President of the Foundation of Concerned Arts Professionals (FOCAP), has made a significant impact with his revelations about illegal activities within the Creative Arts Agency.
His exposure aired on Kessben Entertainment, Ghana’s most influential creative arts culture magazine show, has raised awareness and urged the new administration to take decisive action.
On Saturday, April 5, 2025, Kojo Preko Dankwa, host of Kessben Entertainment on Kessben 92.9 FM in Accra, highlighted some serious issues at the Creative Arts Agency, despite the appointment of a new executive secretary, Gideon Nii Aryeequaye, by His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. His key revelations included identifying a website that was still using the agency’s logo but falsely presented itself as the Creative Arts Council.
Shortly after Dankwa’s exposé on Kessben Entertainment, the new administration swiftly addressed these concerns. They have successfully tracked down and removed the illegal domain, creating a new logo to differentiate themselves from the unauthorised website, cac.gov.
This decisive action demonstrates the influence of FOCAP and Kessben Entertainment in promoting the creative arts, culture, and tourism industry, while also serving as a watchdog to expose any illegal activities within the sector.
