Voltic Ghana is Recruiting for Personal Assistant to augment its staff. Voltic (GH) Limited is a manufacturer of the leading premium water brand as well as alcoholic beverages, carbonated soft drinks, Juices and Value-Added Dairies in Ghana for over two decades. This role reports to the Managing Director. The job incumbent will be to provide assistance to the managing Director.

1. Recruitment Of Personal Assistant At Voltic Ghana:

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Managing Director
• booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organising events and conferences
• Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
• typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• managing databases and filing systems
• implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses

Job Qualifications And Experience 

• Tertiary qualification in Development studies / Communication / HR Experience
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field Key skills for PAs
• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Tact and diplomacy
• Communication skills
• A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
