We are hiring HR Manager.

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee recruitment, staff development, performance management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set high standards
• Oversee recruitment, selection and retention
• Manage training, development and performance appraisal
• Maintain attendance and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labour laws
• Develop HR strategies and policies for a positive work environment

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree in HR or related field
• 2 to 3 years relevant work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
