Voters no longer decide elections, The EC and Judges decide everything - Prof. Kwaku Azar

A Ghanaian Professor of Law and social commentator, Prof. Stephen Kwaku Aware, who is popularly known as Prof Kwaku Azar has said that elections are no longer decided by the electorate in Ghana but by the Electoral Commission and the courts.

He said this after the Supreme court pronounced judgement that the people of Sall in the Volta Region do not need to have a representation in parliament after the EC disenfranchised them during the 2020 general elections.

He took to his official Facebook page and wrote;

”Once SALL was disenfranchised, the gateway for coopting judges to disenfranchise even more people was thrown wide open.
