PANAFRICA-GHANA Reshuffles Leadership: Ends Tenure of Board Chairman

PanAfrica-Ghana (PAG) has announced changes in its leadership structure, confirming the termination of the appointment of its Board Chairman, Hon. Hadji Mustaphar Issahk (Nana Amoah Kwadwo-II). The decision, effective Monday, 18th August 2025, was communicated by the organisation’s Founding President, Ras Caleb Appiah-Levi.
In a statement, Ras Caleb noted that the move was made in consultation with the Executive Board as part of a broader effort to reposition the organisation for growth and strengthen its governance.
“We are grateful to Hon. Issahk for the service he rendered during his time as Board Chairman,” said Ras Caleb. “As PanAfrica-Ghana moves into a new phase, this leadership restructuring is necessary to sustain our mission and future objectives.”
The Executive Board has been tasked with supervising the transition period until a new Board Chairman is appointed. In the interim, all Board-related responsibilities will be managed through the office of the Founding President.
PanAfrica-Ghana remains committed to its mission of promoting African unity, cultural heritage, and artistic expression. The organisation assured members, partners, and stakeholders that despite the leadership reshuffle, its programs and projects will continue without disruption.
This development marks a new chapter in PAG’s organisational journey as it seeks to consolidate its vision and enhance its impact across the cultural and creative industries in Ghana and beyond.
