1. Court Records Officers
The Judicial Service of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified individuals as Court Records Officers
Job Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following duties;
- You will keep a record of court proceedings directly transcribed court proceedings.
- You will type Court orders, letters of administration, and judgments.
- You will paste Court orders, rulings and judgments in their various books.
- You will type the course list.
- You will perform any other duties that may be assigned to you.
Job Qualifications And Experience
You must possess the following qualifications for the job:
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree from a recognized accredited institution.
- A minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
- Have Good communication and writing skills in the English language.
- You must be Computer literacy; Microsoft Office application and use of the internet.
- You must Good interpersonal skills.
- You must be of High-level integrity

The Judicial Service of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified individuals as COURT CLERKS
Job Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following duties;
- You will arrange processes filed in dockets.
- You will Head and index record books. Make entries into the things books.
- You will issue warrants.
- You will Select cases darkest.
- You will Prepare statistical Returns.
- You will Mark and register exhibits tendered in court.
- You will call Cases.
- You will Swear in Witnesses.
- You will Prepare Cause List
- You will perform any other duties that may be assigned to you.
Job Qualifications And Experience
- A minimum of bachelor degree in social science or Business Administration from a recognized accredited institution
- You must have computer literacy in Microsoft Office application and use of the internet.
- You must have good communication and writing skills in the English language.
- You must have Good interpersonal skills.
- You must have High-level integrity.

3. Court Interpreters
The Judicial Service of Ghana is invites applications from suitably qualified individuals as COURT INTERPRETERS
Job Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following duties;
- You will Interpret court proceedings from local or foreign languages to English language and vice-versa.
- You will perform any other duties that may be assigned to you.
Job Qualifications And Experience
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a recognized accredited institution
- Possession of Academic qualification in the stated spoken languages will be an added advantage.
- You must have Computer literacy in Microsoft Office application and knowledge in the use of the internet.
- You must have High-level integrity, Excellent oral and written communication in English language.
- You must have Good oral communication in any of the following sets of languages:
UPPER EAST REGION:
- Gruni and any two of the following: Hausa, Moli, Fulani, Kassim, Talensi and Twi.
- Kusaal and any two of the following: Hausa, Moli, Fulani, Kassim, Talensi and Twi.
ASHANTI REGION:
- Twi (Asante) and any two of the following: Hausa, Wwe, Grumi, Dagbaani, Dagaaba and Fulani
BRONG AHAFO REGION:
- Twi (Bono) and any two of the following: Hausa, Fulani, Nsema, Wassa and Ewe.
EASTERN REGION:
- Twi (Akuapim or Asante) and any two of the following: Krobo, Ga, Hausa, Ewe and Fulani.
CENTRAL REGION:
- Twi (Fante or Asante) and any two of the following: Hausa, Fulani, Nsema, Wassa and Ewe.
WESTERN REGION:
- Nzema and any two of the following: Fante, Hausa, Onwi, Twi, Ahanta and Bronsa.
- Wassa and any two of the following: Hausa, Ewe, Twi, Onwi and Brosa.
GREATER ACCRA REGION:
- Ga and any two of the following: Ga-Dangbe, Twi, Ewe, Hausa and Dagbani.
- Ga-Dangbe and any two of the following: Ga, Twi, Ewe, Hausa and Dagbani.
VOLTA REGION:
- Ewe and any two of the following: Krobo, Lelemi, Hausa, Twi and Fulani.
NOTE: Candidates must indicate tier region of choice. Candidates must show evidence of completion of National Service.

The Judicial Service of Ghana is invities applications from suitably qualified individuals as Librarian
Job Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following duties;
- You will search standard featured materials including online sources and internet in order to answer patrons reference questions.
- You will Analyse patrons request to determine needed information and assist in furnishing or locating that information.
- You will Explain the use of library facilities, resources, equipment, and services and provide information about library policies.
- You will review and evaluate resource materials, Such as book reviews and catalogues, in order to select and order print, audio-visual and electronic resources.
- You will Code, classify and catalogue books, publication, films, audio-visual aids and other library materials based on the subject matter of standard library classification system.
- You will Develop library policies and procedures.
- You will Evaluate materials to determine outdated or unused items to be discarded.
- You will Develop information access aid such as index and annotated, biography, web pages and electronic Pathfinders.
- You will Compile list of overdue materials and notify borrowers that their materials are overdue.
- You will Develop and index database that provides information for library users.
- You will Conduct legal research for patrons of the library.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of master’s degree in library and achiever studies from a recognized accredited institution.
- You must have computer literacy in Microsoft Office application and use of the internet.
- You must have Good communication and writing skills in English language.
- You must have Good interpersonal skills.
