General Manager (Sales and Operations) by Paradigm Roofing Systems

As the General Manager (Sales & Operations), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence as well as managing the general operations of the Company. You will build and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking within the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization of sales performance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company with oversight responsibility over the office Manager

Qualifications:

  • A first degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage).
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a senior management role within the roofing or construction industry
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a team to excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Knowledge and experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
