EXCLUSIVE: Ghana Legend Rev. Osei Kofi to be Honored in Spain For Playing against Real Madrid in 1962 in Ghana

Former Spanish side Leganes FC Owners Victoria Pavón and Felipe Moreno has invited Ghana legend Rev. Osei Kofi to Spain for an honour with friendly match with their new club Against Real Madrid.

This comes after the couple confirmed from Real Madrid Archives that the Former Black Stars player was part of the players that played Against Ferench Puskas, Alfredo Stefano and some of top Madrid legends in 1962 at Accra Sports Stadium of Ghana and Real Madrid.

Victoria Pavón and Felipe Moreno visited Ghana in 2023 to Establish Academy and later learned about the HISTORIC game between Black Stars and Ghana.

Rev Osei Kofi is among the six players left in that squad that played Santiago Bernabeu’s side in Ghana.
