PanAfrica-Ghana (PAG), Founding President and Ambassador for Panafest and Emancipation Day Celebration, Ras Caleb Appiah-Levi has advised young talents to make good use of their creativity and skills. According to him, it is high time talents and creatives maximise their potential to make a good living.

Ras Caleb Appiah-Levi made this call when Chelsea Abigail Owusu-Ansah, Guinness World Records Holder, for most heads of hair locked, paid a courtesy call on him.

Chelsea Abigail Owusu-Ansah, who was accompanied by her brand consultant, Kojo Preko Dankwa, had numerous important discussions centred around creative entrepreneurship, the potential within the orange market, and ways to make a good impact with her Guinness World Record achievement.

Touching on the potential of Chelsea Abigail Owusu-Ansah, Ras Caleb Appiah-Levi was amazed at the talent exhibited by her during her attempt. He was of the view that achieving this height and becoming a world record holder should not end with her but explore and take advantage of the exposure and make her impact felt.

Chelsea Abigail Owusu-Ansah, who has a dream of establishing a training school, further stated that she is prepared to work Youth Employment Agency (YEA) to help train a lot of youth in this vocation across the country to help reduce the unemployment rate in the country.
