NPP's Yaw Buaben Asamoa Finally Reveals Why He Lost The Adenta Parliamentary Seat

Outgoing Member of Parliament(MP) for Adenta Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Yaw Buaben Asamoa has stated that he lost his seats because he was hospitalized prior to the elections.

Speaking to the press at the parliament yesterday, the communications director for the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) said;

“I was let out by the hospital authority just about almost twelve hours to come and try and work on the elections.  But I was in the hospital for nearly a full week before the election started.”

Adding that “With elections you can win or lose, I have lost several elections. The only difference is that this time I had it and I have lost it.”

Mr Yaw Buaben Asamoa lose his seat to  NDC’s Mohammed Adamu Ramadan who also doubles as the elder brother of Second Lady Samira Bawumia.
