SO SAD! The Football World Pay Tributes To Pele
Following the announcement last Thursday, the footballing community around the world is mourning the loss of Pele, Edson Arantes do Nascimento.
After numerous medical interventions, the great Brazilian athlete, who had battled kidney and prostate problems for years, passed away at age 82.
Undoubtedly the greatest player of all time is the man who will go to his grave as the only player to have won three World Cup trophies and the only player to have scored 1,279 goals in 1,363 games.
On social media, numerous international football federations, former players, current players, and supporters among other participants in the game have all paid tribute to Pelé.
