In a Facebook post shared earlier today, Kafui detailed her upsetting visit to a salon in East Legon for braiding her hair, shedding light on the rude behavior of the salon owner and the unexpected charges.
Kafui recounted her experience, highlighting the salon owner’s rudeness and apparent upset over her guest’s failure to say hello.
Despite being prepared to pay the requested amount of GHC1000 for her braids, Kafui faced unnecessary complications due to this small omission of pleasantries.
The actress also expressed empathy for the young girls working in such poorly managed salons and questioned the exorbitant charges for services that weren’t accompanied by high-quality customer service.
Kafui went on to voice her frustration, placing the blame for her experience on the NPP government.

In her own words, Kafui stated, “I can’t get over the bad experience I had yesterday at braid lounge in East Legon. That woman is rude and the worst service provider I’ve encountered.
She charged me 1000 plus Ghs for braids which I was willing to pay but had issues just because my guest didn’t say hello!
Anokwa! Truly, I pity those young girls working in such a lousy salon! I went to church today o, so I’ll leave it here. ‘Who even charges 1000 ghs for common braids!’ For such charges, service should be top-notch. I blame the NPP government for all this.”
Kafui’s post has triggered a flurry of reactions across social media platforms, with fans and followers sharing their thoughts on both her salon experience and her attribution of blame.
